Know the Difference

There are two different types of diseases:

Communicable Disease: are spread from person to person.  The spread can happen through the air, contact with contaminated surfaces, direct contact with blood, feces, or other bodily fluids.

Noncommunicable Diseases: are medical conditions that are not infectious and cannot be passed from one person to another.

How Can We Protect Ourselves

When it comes to protecting ourselves from communicable diseases the best protection is abstaining from sexual activity until marriage.
